TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. In high season it is recommended that a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required for campsite and chalet l'Hirondelle if booking for 5 days or more. Payment of the balance of the total cost will be payable on the day before departure.
2. We do not take credit or debit cards at this time.
3. If you deem it necessary to cancel your holiday, this contract is legally binding and you will always be liable for the total cost of the holiday. We strongly recommend you take out cancellation insurance for travel or vacation.
4. In the event that you cancel your vacation and you do not have insurance or your cancellation reason does not apply to the booking cancellation, you will always be responsible for the total cost of the holiday. We will make every effort to re-book your reservation, if we succeed, you will receive a refund less your deposit. In case of failure, you will be responsible for the total
cost of the stay.
5. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation already made if the cabin or the ground is not available for any reason whatsoever, i.e.: damage caused by the storm. A full refund would be made for the holiday maker.
6. The property information has been compiled as accurately as possible at the time of publication of any brochure or website. Facilities may be ALTERED or WITHDRAWN. If you have any special needs please contact us before your holiday.
7. The vacationer agrees to keep the premises and all furniture, equipment, installations and items in rented accommodation and on the site in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning of their vacation and agrees also to leave their rented accommodation in the same state of cleanliness and order as when they arrived. Any breakages must be reported, charges made at the discretion of the owner.
8. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the accommodation or to the site or to refuse to take reservations without giving a reason. Any guests seen to behave in an antisocial way will be told to leave their accommodation or leave the camp ground immediately without refund.
9. All guests must strictly observe the safety and well-being guidelines posted on the site. Your attention is particularly drawn to the notices concerning the toilets which are served by a septic tank.
10. The cabin guests have assigned parking. The campsite have parking next to their pitch.
11. The management team must have access to the accommodation or the camping site at any reasonable time.
12. The number of persons using the accommodation or site must not exceed the maximum number indicated in the property description or by prior arrangement.
13. The management of Le Petit Papillon strives to do everything possible to make your holiday enjoyable. In case of problems, please send us your complaint before the end of your stay so that we can solve the problem. We regret not being able to enter a correspondence after your holiday period without notice.

15. It is forbidden to smoke in any of our accommodation or in any of the communal areas on the site.
16. All children under that age of 12 must be supervised at all times when using the pool. We do not have lifeguards. Due to the depth of the pool, young children and non swimmers must be accompanied when in the water. The pool is not big enough for games and inflatables at busy times.
17. Strictly no glass or bottles to be taken to the pool area.
18. Please respect your neighbours and ours at all times and keep noise to a minimum, especially when leaving the bar late at night. We ask for minimal noise between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
19. Any late arrivals must be arranged with the owner prior to arrival at the site.
